Description CSA is seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy client located in Pensacola, FL. The position will support the Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. How your role will make an impact: Monitor data center environment. Monitor operational status of production and development assets. Document visitation to the facilities. Maintain visitor logs and provide facilities access to approved personnel. Receive packages from the warehouse. Review SOPs, logs and video surveillance. Provide on-call support to personnel who need facilities access. Process equipment for DRMO/destruction. Requirements What you will need to join our award winning team: Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance. High School Diploma or Equivalent. CompTIA Security+ CE or similar IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification required or qualifying Bachelor's degree. 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities
