JOB SUMMARY

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the food technology and retail automation industry. We provide innovative automated solutions for retail, convenience, and hospitality locations across the United States.
As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Virtual Operations & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. This role involves customer onboarding, account management, inventory and logistics coordination, financial tracking, and day-to-day operational support.
We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and accountable who can manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in operations coordination, customer success, or logistics management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English — able to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Highly organized and detail-driven with strong follow-through skills.
  • Experience with customer onboarding, account management, inventory, and logistics preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling company environment.
  • Able to work 4–5 hours/day, 5 days per week, with 2–3 hours overlap in U.S. Pacific Time.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
