Description

OPERATIONS SYSTEMS ANALYST

At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we give electronics their next best life while protecting our planet and our customers’ interests. As a Certified Great Place to Work® since 2017, we’ve built a team culture that’s rewarding, engaging, and FUN! But don’t just take our word for it—see what our Team Members have to say.
How We Hire: The Head, Heart, and Briefcase

At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we believe great performance comes from alignment across three areas:

  • Head – your natural behavioral drives and cognitive agility (measured by our Predictive Index assessment)
  • ❤️Heart – your values, passions, and what drives you to make a meaningful impact
  • Briefcase – your experiences, skills, and results from past roles

Every step of our process is designed to understand you in all three areas. It’s how we ensure the best mutual fit—not just for what you can do, but for how you’ll thrive here long-term.
You’ll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes <20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise clear, timely communication throughout.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Deliver the right metrics and data to the right people, from team members to leadership.
  • Implement quality assurance and inventory control audits that actually make a difference.
  • Perform root cause analysis to fix problems at their source (not just slap on a Band-Aid).
  • Spot opportunities for automation, simplification, and smarter processes.
  • Consolidate, organize, and present data in ways that drive action.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and in person, with a knack for teaching others new processes.
  • Engage and influence others to embrace process changes—without ruffling feathers.
  • Audit quality, compliance, safety, and inventory standards while coaching for improvement.
  • Apply logic and quantitative analysis to solve problems creatively and effectively.

  • Lead robust inventory control processes and track KPIs for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide operations data analysis that drives better decisions and outcomes.
  • Flex to support critical ITAD projects and collaborate across multiple teams.
