Description

We are hiring an Operations Systems Manager to design, build, and optimize the operational backbone of our company. This is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who thrives in systems thinking, automation building, and revenue operations. This is not a coordination or oversight position. We are not looking for someone who manages vendors or delegates builds. We are looking for a builder — someone who personally architects CRMs, constructs automation flows, builds reporting dashboards, and designs scalable operational systems from the ground up. You will work directly with leadership to implement high-performance operational infrastructure that drives clarity, efficiency, and revenue visibility. This role requires precision, ownership, and strong technical capability. You must be comfortable operating independently, making architecture decisions, troubleshooting complex workflows, and continuously optimizing systems for scalability. Core Responsibilities Architect, build, and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) Design advanced Google Sheets dashboards for revenue tracking, forecasting, and operational reporting Build and maintain complex automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools Manage revenue operations systems including pipeline tracking, reporting accuracy, and forecasting models Implement and maintain clean data structures and enforce high data integrity standards Build scalable internal workflows that support growth Troubleshoot system errors and performance bottlenecks Continuously improve operational efficiency through automation and system redesign Google Sheets — Advanced Level (Complex formulas, dashboards, Apps Script, data modeling) CRM administration and system building (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) High-accuracy data entry and data management Revenue operations experience (Pipeline management, reporting, forecasting) Automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent) Non-Negotiable You must have built operational systems yourself. We expect you to walk us through: CRM builds Automation flows Reporting dashboards Revenue operations frameworks If you cannot demonstrate hands-on builds with measurable results, this role is not a fit. Nice to Have Agency or consulting firm background Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Airtable, Notion, etc.) API integrations experience Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will be responsible for building and maintaining mission-critical systems. This is not a management or delegation role. We are hiring someone who executes, builds, and improves systems directly.
