MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics background
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience working with tools, systems, or machinery
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (software, networking, admin tasks)
• Willingness to dig into new tools, learn fast, and figure things out

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is built for a skilled, resourceful individual who thrives on variety. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the shop’s infrastructure, solving equipment problems, implementing technical solutions, and driving continuous improvement in how the business operates. This is not a management position — this is for a do-it-yourselfer with a wide-ranging toolkit who’s comfortable going from desk work to dirty work and back again.
