Job Description Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for an Operations Team Lead to contribute to our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA. An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run an operating department of major production environment. Serves as the lead person overseeing department or activity workflow. Acts as in leadership capacity in absence of the Supervisor. Want to join a key team that helps the world read? Pay: Starting at $24.50, depending on experience Schedule: D Shift: Wednesday through Friday 7pm-7am, + every other Saturday from 7pm to 7am Required Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent 1-year experience with PC based applications 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment 6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard. Key Responsibilities: Trains and develops hourly associates. Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions. Provides direction and leadership to associates. Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department. Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions. Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner. Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks. Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities. Assist in administering policy and payroll activities. This list is not exhaustive.
