Responsibilities

lead Team Leaders and their operational teams (Training Coordinators and Program Support Officers) across New South Wales and the ACT.
manage and guide training support staff for high performance across New South Wales and the ACT.
enhance GP training processes, manage cases, and provide program advice.
build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
ensure the quality delivery of the GP Training Program across the region.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading team leaders and their teams in a training or service delivery environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills.
Ability to drive process improvements and manage complexity.
Experience in project and change management methods.
