PM Shift – 19:00-07:00 – 4 on 4 off rota - Multiple jobs available! The Operations Team Manager at Debenhams Group, Sheffield Distribution site is responsible for leading a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring operational excellence within their department. This role involved supervising team member, setting performance expectations and contributing to the achievement of departmental goals.
