We’re looking for energetic and dedicated Production/Operations Support Team Members to join our Miamisburg team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is ready to learn and wants to grow their career with a supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our production team, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing and Finishing: Performing core tasks like weeding, screen printing, calendaring, and applying heat transfers to our products.
• Logistics & Inventory: Supporting our warehouse operations by handling shipping and receiving, managing inventory counts, and ensuring materials are where they need to be.
• Quality & Improvement: Inspecting products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards and actively looking for ways to make our processes better and more efficient.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside and training other team members, assisting with problem-solving, and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications
