Operations 360 Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee weekly, fortnightly and monthly data extraction and submission processes to ensure 100% compliance with Credit Information Companies (CIC) regulations and RBI guidelines. Data Quality & Reconciliation: Ensure quality checks prior to data submission to credit bureaus and also lead the team in performing root-cause analysis for data rejections and ensuring prompt rectification of reporting errors. Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to replace manual reporting steps with automated scripts or automation tools to enhance speed and accuracy. Regulatory Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the first point of contact for interpreting new regulatory mandates (e.g., RBI 2026 updates) and translating them into system requirements. Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of reporting analysts; conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for IT, BSG, DWH team, Collections, Credit & Policy teams to align reporting logic with product changes. Dispute Resolution: Manage the end-to-end consumer grievance process (online and offline) within mandated turnaround times (TAT). Handle escalated consumer disputes or internal portals, ensuring complex cases are resolved within internal defined timelines as per current standards. Audit & Governance: Prepare audit-ready documentation and dashboards for internal and external regulatory inspections. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8–12 years in banking operations, with at least 2–3 years in credit bureau reporting or data management. Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand credit data formats (e.g., RBI standard format), SQL for data querying, and advanced Excel. Automation Drive: Understanding of bank’s Core Banking systems and experience in coordination / supporting / driving automation or system changes is a significant advantage in the current landscape.
