Working in two shifts from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 0:00, you will oversee the daily operations within your logistics team. Your responsibilities will include addressing process improvements, safety protocols, staffing, and training, while coordinating efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve all set KPIs. You will manage a team of logistics clerks, processing and following up on customer orders, and monitoring shipments to ensure everything is running smoothly. You’ll be the final check on all actions your team performs—confirming shipments are on track and that customers are kept informed.
In this role, you will be responsible for staffing planning, managing costs related to operational activities, and generating reports to ensure all data is processed accurately and timely.
