24/7 Compression Ltd. is seeking a resourceful and adept individual in the role of Operations Technical Services Support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have expert technical knowledge and experience in the field of natural gas compression and oilfield power generation parts, service and packaging. This role is based out of our head office in Red Deer, Alberta.

SUMMARY

This role is our corporate go to for technical support, primarily Waukesha products, in both service and packager environments where information or solutions are needed to provide repeatabe and sustainable solutions to internal and external customers.

24/7 Compression is a Waukesha engine sales and service provider. This role is tasked with corporately associated warranty claim preparation and submission, reporting of deferral, commissioning and model upgrades reporting.
In conjunction with service branch leadership, assess and provide to service technician skills training and technical support as requested. Commonly Waukesha, Caterpillar, Cummins, Ariel, Worthington, various screw compressors and power generation major components.
Responding to RFQ’s. Preparing product supply and retrofit project proposals and quotes. Project lead on local projects.
SME, go to for applications, optimization, R&M scopes, emissions management and failure determinations. Proficient with OEM software such as EngCalc, GERP, Ariel and Power Flow. Knowledgeable in process flow piping and vessel calculation and sizing.
