JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards
• Carry out minor repairs / trouble shooting works
• Attend to tenants’ requests for maintenance related matters
• Able to carry out works (e.g. painting, carpentry work etc. when necessary)
• Perform any other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical / Electric / Building
• Computer skills in MS Words and Excel
• At least 1-year relevant working experience in maintenance of M & E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement works
• Required minimum experience skill set in painting.
