Description:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide operating level functions to the operation team to include manufacturing, dispensing, product filling, product packaging, operations and maintenance activities within the Dublin facility, in line with company targets and ensuring compliance with cGMP and Company policies and procedures. This role will work closely with the auxiliary teams, including Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, Sales and R&D, to achieve agreed business goals in line with the company strategy.

Responsibilities:

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ensuring current Good Manufacturing Practices are always adhered to in the production and warehouse areas in line with legislation and industry standards.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is given a high priority within all areas and all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
  • Record, display and report on all Key Performance Indicators in a timely manner.
  • Report deviations from batch records, SOP’s and validated parameters in an efficient in a timely manner.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and activities to enhance compliance, productivity, or costs.
  • Participate in all training requested by management.
  • Forklift Driving Duties
  • Checking and issuing of packaging /Raw Materials for each production batch
  • Perform Packing operations in all facilities to include line clearances, line setups and in process checks as assigned by Area Management.
  • Perform dispatch order picking duties as assigned.
  • Driving truck between adjacent Company plants and loading/unloading stock onto the shuttle truck
  • Perform cleaning duties in all facilities.
  • Review and update SOPs as assigned.
