About the roles This is a great opportunity to contribute to Australia’s renewable energy future in a supportive, inclusive environment. You’ll play a key role in monitoring and supporting the safe and smooth running of our renewable energy projects from our Adelaide office-based control centre. Your responsibilities will include: Monitor dashboards to ensure smooth site operations. Troubleshoot alerts and resolve system issues. Collaborate with on-site teams to manage safety and performance. Keep clear records of operations and incidents. Support improvements through feedback and action. About you We value diverse experiences and perspectives. If you’re passionate about renewable energy and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. This role is ideally suited to someone with an IT background or electrical experience, who is comfortable working on screens and has strong communication skills, especially when it comes to clearly sharing details with supervisors. Ideally, you’ll bring A background in IT, a degree in electrical engineering or similar experience. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Confident communicator, comfortable with tech systems. Willing to work rotating night shifts. Basic understanding of construction and operations.
