POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Operations Trainee at Equinet Academy, you will be a key front-facing team member supporting the daily operations of our training centre. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will interact directly with learners, trainers, and partners to ensure a smooth and professional training experience. The role offers a clear growth path toward becoming an Operations Executive or Manager. Full training will be provided.
