Description:
Location: Hinkley Point C, Hybrid with 2/3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Managing your team members’ health, well-being, personal development, and competencies.
- Creating an inclusive work environment recognising and respecting cultural differences across the organisation.
- Coordinating and managing a team of instructors, ensuring timely and high-quality development and delivery of various training programmes across multiple licensees.
- Ensure all training programmes are derived systematically and are subject to continuous improvement, in part though adoption of recognised best practice.
- Managing and maintaining NSA training resources and facilities, ensuring effective and appropriate use of all available resources.
- Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business, which may include reporting to relevant programme boards and committees.
- Promoting collaborative working within the NSA and with our external stakeholders across the business.
- Interfacing with internal and external regulators.
- Acting as a role model, by consistently displaying and reinforcing the company’s standards, values, and expectations.
- Ensure a succession management strategy is implemented and required skills, knowledge and attitudes exist amongst the training team.
