THE ROLE

Entegris is seeking an experienced Operations Training Manager to lead our learning and development strategy, manage its implementation and measure its impact. The successful candidate will be passionate about learning and excited about the prospect of leading by example.
This position is based in our Colorado Springs, CO facility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
• Evaluate training effectiveness through testing, observations, and performance metrics.
• Partner with site leadership teams to align training with business goals
• Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs
• Use feedback and data to optimize training processes for efficiency
• Introduce innovative learning methods (simulations, AR/VR, microlearning)
• Have the ability to facilitate training sessions at manufacturing sites when needed
• Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
• Manage onsite and remote team members
