Your next challenge This management role will give you the opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of Newhaul’s Transport division. Working in close partnership with key stakeholders across the Roads Division and beyond, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering operational excellence, achieving service and tonnage targets, and maintaining Newhaul’s strong commitment to safety and compliance. As a hands-on leader across the roads division, you will recruit, lead, and develop Superintendents and Supervisors across multiple sites, setting clear KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. We care about the well-being of our staff, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of iron ore from pit to port. About you An inspiring leader who can mentor diverse operational teams across multiple sites You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of trucks and be a seasoned transport and logistics professional understanding long-haul road transportation in bulk commodities and forward planning. We are seeking a person who is results-driven, a hands-on leader who likes to “get in and amongst it”, who lives and breathes “all things transport” and communicates with clarity. With a safety focussed mindset, you will have a good understanding of WHS legislation and risk management frameworks.
