Working in close partnership with key stakeholders across the roads Division and beyond, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering operational excellence, achieving service and tonnage targets, and maintaining Newhaul’s strong commitment to safety and compliance. Recruit, lead, and develop Superintendents and Supervisors across multiple sites Set KPIs, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and improvement Ensure safety, compliance, and cost-effective movement from pit to port Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across labour, fuel, fleet, and loaders, while supporting digitisation and automation aligned with business goals.
