Your responsibilities include designing operational workflows that comply with German technical standards and environmental regulations, developing vendor qualification and management systems for German engineering firms and equipment suppliers, and creating performance measurement and continuous improvement systems that meet German quality expectations. You'll also establish project management methodologies that align with German engineering practices, develop risk management and compliance frameworks for German regulatory environment, and create operational training and certification programs for German project teams.
