The Role We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong operations and people management skills — someone who thrives in both the customer-facing retail world and the organized chaos of warehouse production and logistics. Requirements What We’re Looking For 3+ years in a supervisory or management role (big-box retail, home improvement, or warehouse operations experience highly preferred) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment Tech-friendly mindset — experience with iPads/iOS devices a plus Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
