QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as an Operations Warehouse Manager is required
• Previous experience in the Food Distribution Industry is required
• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• PCQI Certification required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in interpreting business reports and managing multiple priorities.
• Mix of office and warehouse environment; exposure to mechanical equipment and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate physical activity.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Manages warehouse and transportation staff through direct supervision and subordinate leaders.
• Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees in compliance with company policies and union contracts.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse and transportation operations to meet company objectives.
• Monitor budgets, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, equipment maintenance, and capital expenditure recommendations.
• Ensure facility compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues and transportation-related complaints.
• Partner with union representatives and lead employee relations efforts.
• Report key metrics and performance insights to the Branch GM.
