JOB INTRODUCTION

Are you an experienced and dynamic General Operative or Groundworker looking for your next position?
We are currently looking for an experienced Operative at our Eaton Hall packed products plant in Congleton. Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for undertaking all site duties safely, understanding CRH and SHE safety. You will also be working in different areas including raw materials, storage, production, despatch and housekeeping.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As the successful Operative your duties and responsibilities will include (not exhaustive):

• Meeting daily production target requirements
• Working on the reporting of data for quality purposes
• Moving, loading and unloading products from the plant and vehicles
• Meeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround
• Working on the continuous improvement of performance standards

The working pattern of this position is an afternoon shift - 2pm to 10pm, flexibility of shift pattern may be required to ensure adequate cover on site.
