Primary Duties & Responsibilities Vận hành công đoạn chính Kabra & HSG trong quy trình gia công wafer. Hỗ trợ sản xuất để đạt được những mục tiêu và những chỉ tiêu trong suốt quá trình gia công wafer với những kỹ thuật khác nhau. Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện công việc sản xuất hàng ngày, kiểm tra công việc, tuân thủ tất cả các chính sách và hướng dẫn về môi trường làm việc an toàn nhầm đạt được yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn đã đề ra. Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì 5S và tuân thủ tất cả các chính sách, sự thực thi và những chỉ đạo của công ty đề ra. Education & Experience Tốt nghiệp trung cấp (2 năm) hoặc cao đẳng về các ngành Cơ khí/ chế tạo máy/ Cắt gọt kim loại hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật cơ điện, điện, điện tử có liên quan. Chấp nhận sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp. Ưu tiên có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành liên tục máy CNC.chuyền sản xuất đại trà là điểm cộng. Skills Đọc được các bản vẽ kỹ thuật cơ khí ở mức cơ bản, am hiểu về dung sai kích thước Am hiểu về các loại dao dùng trên các loại máy phay cho máy CNC. Hiểu được các yêu cầu cơ bản về kích thước. Có khả năng xác định được gốc kích thước của chi tiết. Kỹ năng giao tiếp, quan hệ đồng nghiệp tốt. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm. Làm việc với tiêu chuẩn đạo đức, chuyên nghiệp và cạnh tranh cao. Có khả năng hiểu và tiếp thu nhanh các qui trình mới. Có khả năng hướng dẫn, truyền đạt kiến thức chuyên môn cho người mới. Có khả năng làm báo cáo theo sự hướng dẫn của cấp trên. Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động trong công việc và nhạy bén, linh hoạt trong việc xử lý các tình huống phát sinh trong phạm vi công việc. Có khả năng tương tác giữa các phòng ban Có khả năng sử dụng Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email,) cơ bản trong công việc. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản là một điểm cộng.
