DSV are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator Raunds

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, ensuring tasks such as transport, allocation, inbound/outbound processes, PRS, and complaints are completed accurately and on time.
  • Perform general administration duties to support the smooth functioning of the department.
  • Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance with SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate records of various logistics activities.
  • Handle order management, including order analysis and allocation in line with SLAs.
  • Book transport, prepare shipping documents, and create labels to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
  • Manage a busy shared inbox to provide timely and professional customer service.
  • Generate regular reports as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Step in to cover tasks as needed to ensure operational continuity.

Process and Operations Support:

  • Maintain compliance with established workflows by assisting in the investigation of operational issues or failures (e.g., transport/KPI).
  • Keep accurate records and prepare reports as requested by supervision or management.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with operations, transport teams, and external stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows and achieve seamless coordination.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, resolving routine issues independently while escalating more complex matters to supervision for prompt resolution.
