About the job

You will handle a wide variety of shipments in the area of air freight/export – including organizing the collection of goods from our customers.
You will support our B2B customers in German and English and work closely with Hellmann locations worldwide.
You handle dangerous goods shipments and comply with all applicable aviation safety regulations (Dangerous Goods Regulations).
You independently find solutions and communicate transparently with customers when delays or problems occur with shipments.
You support price negotiations with customers and service providers, calculate offers and create invoices.
You process complaints and handle claims management.

About you

You have completed vocational training in the field of freight forwarding (freight forwarding and logistics services clerk ), wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable qualification.
You have initial experience in the international freight forwarding environment – ideally in air freight.
You have excellent German skills and fluent English skills.
You have knowledge in the field of dangerous goods and aviation security – a clear advantage.
Ideally, you already possess a valid DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) certificate and a ZÜP (reliability check).
You can easily integrate into remote working teams.
You make decisions confidently and work in a solution-oriented manner.
