TUBES is looking for an experienced operator with supervisory skills for our production location in Hilversum. Are you a hands-on professional who enjoys variety and responsibility in an innovative production environment? If so, we’d love to meet you!
In this challenging position you will start in day shift. However, it is expected that after some time you will work in a 2-shift system.
Your Role

As an operator at TUBES, you will be responsible for managing the filling machines and ensuring a smooth production process. Your tasks include:

• Setting up and operating filling machines;
• Solving minor malfunctions and performing quality measurements;
• Supplying materials and preparing work;
• Packaging and palletizing filled tubes;
• Maintaining a clean workspace and managing waste disposal;
• Recording production data.

You will collaborate closely with production colleagues and report directly to the production manager.

• Flexible and adaptable to shift work (06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00);
• Organized and hygienic, yet not afraid to get hands-on;
• Technical insight and experience in production work;
• Able to provide a certificate of conduct (VOG);
• Living in the Hilversum area.
