Key responsibilities of this role are to: Deliver high-quality, hands-on, classroom and virtual training for customers and internal teams on Caterpillar equipment, technology, and earthmoving principles Develop and maintain engaging training materials and syllabuses Conduct equipment demonstrations at customer sites and events to showcase equipment features and customer benefits Support new machine deliveries with operator training and familiarisation Promote Terra Cat’s training offerings and value proposition to customers and business partners.
