Functieomschrijving: What will you be doing? As an operator in our stroopwafel bakery, you’ll be responsible for various tasks throughout the production process. Your daily activities will include:

  • Preparing ingredients for dough and syrup mixtures.
  • Setting up and operating the baking ovens for stroopwafels.
  • Monitoring the production process and intervening when irregularities occur.
  • Handling first-line technical issues and resolving them on the spot.
  • Identifying faults, deviations, or machine malfunctions and reporting them to the production supervisor.

Functievereisten: Do you fit the profile?

  • You have an MBO+ (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working.
  • You bring 1–2 years of experience as an operator.
  • You speak Dutch or English well.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have a technical mindset.
  • You are flexible and take initiative.
