Description Borman is seeking applicants for entry-level openings in the Manganese Dioxide Unit of our facility. Applicants must be at least 19 years of age to work in a chemical production environment. This position requires the candidate to be self-motivated and have a working knowledge of material handling equipment. Requirements Experience in the construction or laborer field. Ability to work flexible hours and varied shifts. Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, including hot and cold environments. Capable of physical tasks such as lifting, bending, carrying, stooping, and walking both indoors and outdoors. Open to work in various departments. Familiarity with hand tools and basic operating equipment. Ability to work around moving equipment. Eager to learn and excel in assigned tasks Education & Experience Reading and math skills are comparable to those of a high school education. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English. Good communications skills. Basic computer knowledge. * Please note that this is NOT a warehouse position. Schedule This position is Monday - Friday dayshift with overtime as needed. Salary & Benefits Starting salary is $27.92 hourly for the first 90-days. Position includes full benefits commencing on date of hire, including medical, dental, and vision care coverage, 401(k) participation. Benefits also included 10 paid holidays, vacation, and PTO.
