Job Identification We are looking for a  Operator to join our Supply chain team, located in Erbil Plant, Kawrgosk, Erbil, Iraq.What We Expect •    Collaborate with line and department members as a team to ensure the most efficient production in the line, operate machine at an efficient pace.•    Use production materials correctly and properly in accordance with production program•    Inform line foreman/qualified machine operator on amount of material used, causes of stopping, failures recording in Trex and quality records to ensure correct and healthy reports.•    Follow instructions on machine, process, quality etc. to ensure continuity and efficiency of production.•    Perform product and package changes and changeover according to job instructions, carry out operate machine/equipment and product controls, keep record.•    Ensure organization and cleaning of machines/equipment and fields at planned times, in agreement with company rules to create a hygienic, clean, and ordered work environment.•    Perform line and machine/equipment lubrication, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenances.•    Follow company’s work safety rules, use protective work safety equipment and refrain from risky actions that would jeopardize work security.•    Separate wastes collected in lines, transfer them to proper locations according to environmental management system.•    Propose suggestions, initiatives, and innovation to increase production efficiency•    Keep all equipment, hand tools and other instruments within department neat and orderlyQualifications •    Bachelor’s degree.•    3 years of total experience.•    Good communication skills.•    Able to lead and manage systems and cross-functional projects.•    Able to travel if necessary (domestic and international).•    Elementary in English (and local language if an expat)•    Potential to be promoted to key roles in the country.  What We Embrace:  “People Centered” Focus Equal Salary Advocate A Globally Diverse/An International Workplace Inclusive Team-Building Activities Digital Learning Opportunities Leadership Exposure With Organizational Events Inclusive Language And Culture Social Clubs/Networks Inclusive/Family-Friendly Policies   Who We Are   CCI is a multinational beverage company which operates in Türkiye, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Syria.
