SAFETY, HYGIENE, AND AUDIT ORGANIZATION

  • Ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and hygiene within the department.
  • Complying with HACCP, ISO, ARBO, BRC, IFS, customer-specific, company, and safety regulations within the department.
  • Frequently performing daily inspections of the department’s hygienic condition, giving immediate instructions for cleaning the necessary area, line, or installation in case of deviations.

Production Planning (100% score)

  • Translating production planning optimally to the shop floor, taking into account cost standards (line speeds and number of people).
  • Coordinating deviations with planners, whether directly or via the production manager.

Personnel Planning and Deployment (100% utilization result)

  • Timely drawing up personnel planning in line with the standards, per product/line and based on the (current) production planning.
  • Maintaining an open and constructive relationship with employment agencies and HR and ensuring timely and proper use of information systems.
  • Ensuring break times are observed at the right moment and for the agreed duration, and anticipating accordingly.
  • Scheduling regular work meetings to keep employees well informed and motivated.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Running and monitoring the production process by following planning and registrations.
  • Recording the progress of semi-finished or finished products in the Fobis system, including consumption, waste, yield, and reprocessing data.
  • Correct use of the OEE system by properly entering production times and clearly documenting downtime.
  • In case of technical malfunctions, escalating on time to maintenance technicians and/or production leaders, as well as registering and releasing the disturbance in the Ultimo system.
  • Ensuring correct execution of various line controls to prevent blockages.
  • Operating installations as prescribed and recognizing and resolving deviations on time.
  • Critically reviewing and correctly using work instructions (e.g., cutter cards, production planning, sterilization data).
  • Translating individual process steps into the quality of the end product and, if necessary, stopping the line in time when deviations occur.
  • Analyzing blockages and taking appropriate measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensuring autonomous maintenance (cleaning, inspection, lubrication as per plan, etc.) is performed by production staff and technical service.
  • Analyzing downtime and ensuring structural measures are taken where possible.
  • Timely identifying product deviations and/or process disruptions and taking appropriate action. In consultation with operators/production staff, continuously seeking improvements to the line.

EDUCATION AND/OR KNOWLEDGE LEVEL

  • At least MBO level 4 or equivalent.
  • At least MBO level 3 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of automated systems.
  • Knowledge of hygiene in the food industry.
