Functieomschrijving: What will you do as a Packaging Operator?In this role, you are responsible for the smooth operation of our automated packaging lines. You set the machines correctly, achieve the highest standards for products, and run production efficiently.Your main tasks include:

• Setting up and fine-tuning packaging machines for different orders;
• Monitoring the quality and availability of packaging materials;
• Troubleshooting and fixing minor technical issues;
• Performing visual and functional quality checks;
• Conducting routine cleaning and maintenance on machines;
• Accurately recording production and process data;
• Working according to hygiene, food safety, and safety regulations (HACCP).

We ensure continuous production and shipping of our stroopwafels by working in a 3-shift rotation.

Functievereisten: What do we expect from you?We are looking for a hands-on operator who works with accuracy and responsibility.Your profile:

• MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably technical;
• 1–2 years of experience as packaging operator or production technician;
• Good command of English or Dutch;
• Flexible and willing to work in 3-shift schedules;
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, precise, and able to work both independently and in a team.
