You will be responsible to::

  • Organize and execute all production activities efficiently and professionally, following procedures and instructions;
  • Execute production processes autonomously;
  • Complete and maintain all documentation accurately;
  • Advocate for safe operations and high-quality performance, suggesting improvements and alerting colleagues to risks;
  • Develop and accumulate strong production knowledge;
  • Assist in the induction and training of new operators, sharing expertise and practical knowledge;
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, legal, and HSE regulations, and enforce Hovione processes and good practices;
  • Operate various equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized facilities;
  • Communicate openly with colleagues, reporting and proposing solutions for any issues;
  • Attend and participate fully in all meetings and training sessions.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::

  • Full secondary school qualifications or equivalent vocational qualification;
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment;
  • Knowledge or experience with process systems in fine chemicals or pharmaceutical operations;
  • Successful completion of mandatory Operator training;
  • Strong understanding of Hovione unit operations and GMP regulations;
  • Ability to comply with tasks in the technical competences matrix;
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal) and competent English;
  • Numerical capability for simple arithmetic; computer literate; ability to work in shift patterns.
