Requirements Job Summary CNC Amada Turret Punch Operator As a CNC Amada Turret Punch Operator , you will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring that parts are fabricated to meet work order specifications and customer requirements. This includes loading and operating various CNC production machinery and adhering to safety and quality standards. This opening is for our CNC Turret Punch. The operator will be required to run other equipment if the area is not busy. Qualifications CNC Amada Turret Punch Operator Required: High School Diploma or GED with prior hands-on, vocational, or job-related course work/training, or any similar combination of education and experience. Experience with CNC turret punches or similar equipment. Strong basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers, etc.). Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to emergency production needs. Preferred: Previous experience in a custom manufacturing environment. Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with CNC Turret Punches or similar equipment. Work Environment CNC Amada Turret Punch Operator This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labour, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. Ability to lift to 40 pounds and perform manual tasks as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
Responsibilities
The CNC Amada Turret Punch Operator will be responsible for loading and operating CNC production machinery to fabricate parts according to work order specifications and customer requirements.
