Job Description: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability required. • 6S activities pre- and post-shift either manual or semi-automatic. • Can perform process monitors (visuals, SPC, sampling test) as per spec procedures task and/or responsibility. • Computer transaction regarding the details of his/her compelled station • Accounting of lot quantities and proper categorization of rejected parts • Be able to decide based on existing specifications and /or criteria • Perform other tasks as called for • Follows and complies with all normal duties and responsibilities, system procedure, flow and standard of operation • Initiates highlighting of any issues that could affect the safety, quality and/or output during his/her shift Requirements/Qualifications: • Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail • Prior success working both individually and in a team environment • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow written and verbal direction • Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications • Excellent listening skills • Adaptability to frequent change and improvements • Regular and predictable attendance is essential • Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment • Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills • You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Travel Time: No Travel To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
