POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently hiring an Operator II to join our Golf Maintenance team. The role involves operating turf equipment and supporting daily golf course maintenance activities to ensure a top-quality playing surface and surroundings.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or golf course maintenance preferred
• Familiarity with turf equipment operation is an advantage
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Flexible with work hours including early mornings and weekends
• Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain

• Operate various turf equipment (mowers, utility carts, tractors, etc.)
• Assist in course setup (hole placements, tee markers, etc.)
• Carry out general landscaping and turf care tasks
• Perform basic equipment checks and cleaning
• Support watering, raking, and bunker maintenance
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures
