About The Role ARC is looking for a new team member to join our Ballina branch as an Operator where you will be using manual machines to shape & cut reinforcing bar.You'll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. Being a part of ARC provides a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication, and distribution. It also opens doors for career progression and development opportunities.The working hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 3pm Friday.As a key member of the team you will: Operate manual benders to shape and cut reinforcing bars and mesh Operate a forklift Accurately pick and pack orders Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers Promote and contribute to a safe workplace To be successful in this role you will value collaborative working environments and promote a safety-first culture.
