Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor Magnum equipment for production runs. Review job tickets and verify specifications before starting production. Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and escalate as needed. Maintain accurate production and downtime records. Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience operating printing or production equipment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read job tickets and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion. Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment. Work Environment Production facility environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and printing materials. Four-Shift Schedule Structure As part of our four-shift operating model, employees may be assigned to one of the following shifts: Shift 1A: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Shift 1B: 5:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Shift 2A: 5:30 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. Shift 2B: 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
