Description

Performs regular maintenance for M&E system (DYE machines; Finishing machine; exhaust system; cooling fan system; compressed air system; etc) Performs regular maintenance for M&E system. Participate to creating and improving job-plan with Department head Have more specific understanding about automation system and can be repaired main board, electric… Give on-site support and guidance for lower level technicians during daily work Lead individual small team to perform assigned PM and responsible for PM quality and condition Follow strictly job-plan by preparing tool before PM, following each step in job-plan and recording all required parameters. Follow strictly all assignment jobs and coordinate with Operation for any planned activities on site Support contractors on site to perform PM on different Mechanical and Electrical systems. Take initiative to lead team to perform any corrective maintenance on any machine failure. Participate in team to perform root-cause analysis and system improvement. Report to department supervisor as requested. Participate all required safety, tool and technical trainings assigned by HR. Strictly comply with all safety guideline by HSE Performs other duties as assigned Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ cho hệ thống M&E (máy DYE; máy hoàn thiện; hệ thống thông gió; hệ thống quạt làm mát; hệ thống khí nén; v.v.) Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ cho hệ thống M&E. Tham gia vào việc xây dựng và cải thiện kế hoạch công việc cùng với Trưởng phòng. Hiểu rõ hơn về hệ thống tự động hóa và có khả năng sửa chữa các bo mạch chính, điện… Cung cấp hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn tại chỗ cho các kỹ thuật viên cấp dưới trong công việc hàng ngày. Dẫn dắt nhóm nhỏ thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa (PM) được giao và chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng và điều kiện của PM. Tuân thủ chặt chẽ kế hoạch công việc bằng cách chuẩn bị công cụ trước khi PM, thực hiện theo từng bước trong kế hoạch công việc và ghi lại tất cả các thông số cần thiết. Tuân thủ chặt chẽ các công việc được giao và phối hợp với Bộ phận Vận hành cho bất kỳ hoạt động dự kiến nào trên site. Hỗ trợ các nhà thầu trên site để thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa trên các hệ thống cơ khí và điện khác nhau. Chủ động dẫn dắt đội nhóm thực hiện bảo trì sửa chữa cho bất kỳ sự cố máy móc nào.
