Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Setting up, managing, and monitoring materials, tools, and production equipment Resolving minor malfunctions, and operating the production equipment Perform production tasks (such as assembling instruments), overseeing safety and continuously monitoring process flow Identify and communicate about production bottlenecks and identify product deviations Liaise with development engineers regarding product and/or production changes Using your production knowledge and experience, you'll provide input to engineers for process development, improvement, and assurance Required Knowledge and Experience: MBO level 3-4 in the field of process operator, (precision) mechanical engineering, or similar Experience in a production environment and affinity for precision mechanics Experience training others is a plus Proficiency in English Tech savvy, affinity for ICT Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. Responsibilities
