The facility employs just under 600 full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus. By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce - EOE/Protected Veteran/Disabled Job Description Job Description: Operate the Welding Line for Power Tool Accessories. Abide by all Safety requirements. Manually load and unload blades from the Welding line. Perform and record Quality checks as required by the control plan. Execute simple machine change overs when required. Adjust machine parameter through the touch screen interface. Escalate any type of non-conformities related to Safety, Quality and Machine Downtime to the Shift Coordinator. Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to the 6S standard. Perform overtime as needed per the Employee Handbook Qualifications 1. High school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school 2. Good interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. 4. Ability to work in both a sitting or standing position.
