Tätigkeiten: * Sie bedienen unsere hochmodernen Gasphasenepitaxie-Anlagen während der Produktion (beladen, entladen, Prozesse überwachen) und führen zudem Vor- und Nachbereitungsarbeiten durch (Instand-haltung, Materialversorgung, Teilereinigung). * Sie führen Messungen für die Analyse der Produkte durch. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor state-of-the-art gas phase epitaxy (MOCVD) systems, including loading, unloading, and performing maintenance. Conduct various product analysis measurements and collaborate with engineers to optimize workflows and continuous improvement.
