JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Laser CNC Operator with programming experience to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating, setting up, and programming advanced CNC equipment, including laser cutting, welding, marking, wire cutting machines, and a press machine. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on CNC experience, knowledge of press machine operations, and solid programming skills (G-code, CAD/CAM).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical diploma or vocational training in CNC machining or metal fabrication.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating and programming CNC equipment.
  • Proficient in G-code and CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
  • Experience operating press machines (manual or CNC-controlled).
  • Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with metalworking processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work with precision measurement tools.
  • High attention to detail, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and program the following machines:
  • CNC Laser Welding Machine (AKH3000)
  • Laser Marking Machine (AK30F)
  • ST-FC3015E Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
  • CNC Wire Cutting Machine
  • Hydraulic/Mechanical Press Machine
  • Create and optimize CNC programs for accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate the press machine for bending/forming operations according to design specs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
  • Monitor machining and forming processes to ensure quality and precision.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
  • Conduct quality control checks on completed parts using measuring tools.
  • Record production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
  • Follow all safety regulations and workplace standards.
