What are we looking for? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operator (Pumper) to join our winning team. The position is permanent full time, working dayshift only on the Lifestyle Roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates. In this role you will be responsible for: Dewatering duties on a day-to-day basis in the mine. The safe and efficient operation of heavy mobile equipment when required. Performing the full range of mining tasks to meet production targets in a dynamic and changing environment. Working with people who share a continuous improvement focus to achieve production targets in a dynamic and changing environment. Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values. Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community; and Taking all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment. About you: You will be an experienced Pumper/Operator with demonstrated skills in the production mining environment. You will be a strong team player with a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
