Description

Primary Purpose of the Job The job demands more alertness, quick thinking and decision making often dealing with the processes involving hot, high temperature hydrocarbon at elevated pressure. Wrong decisions can have an impact on plant integrity and production loss. The incumbent is required to work in rotating shifts; required to work extended hours as per work requirement. Required Experience and Skills • 3 Years technical training - HNC Level or equivalent. • 8 Years of operations experience in multiple units of Refinery / Chemical Plant. • Good oral and reading knowledge of English. • Solid knowledge of DCS / Panel Operations. • Team Leadership/Surveillance / vigilance skills and control. • Good knowledge of Operational Procedures. • High level of alertness, anticipation and analysis skills are required. • Training on Firefighting/First Aid/BA/H2S. Educational Qualifications Higher Secondary Certificate or Equivalent and HNC.
