Responsibilities: Operator | 操作工 Company:** 赛得利（南通）纤维有限公司 --- Job Summary The Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility, ensuring product quality and adherence to operational procedures. --- Job Responsibilities * Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. * Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and report any malfunctions, abnormalities, or potential hazards. * Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments, as required. * Monitor production processes, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal conditions. * Record production data accurately and in a timely manner, including output, downtime, and quality checks. * Inspect finished products for quality defects and ensure they meet specified standards. * Adhere to all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Participate in training programs to enhance operational skills and knowledge. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency. --- Job Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in Chinese. * Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks. * Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. * Adherence to safety protocols and a strong safety consciousness.
