Hiring dates will be determined by the weather (between November and December) WATCH THIS VIDEO [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlFVesW1KbY] Find out more about Strathmore Snow removal [https://www.strathmore.pro/snow-removal] Strathmore Landscape Management is: A leader in the field of commercial landscaping & snow removal for over 56 years Long-term, privileged relationships with loyal customers from coast to coast Tailored integrated services using well-established practices 300 employees working all year long Job Summary Responsible for the safe and efficient use of heavy machinery to remove snow from our clients sites Job Description * Responsible for the safe operation of the assigned machinery and tools for snow removal purposes * Inspect vehicles before and after snow removal operations and minor repairs * Communicate and coordinate information with supervisors and colleagues * Accurate Data entry of information in our operations software and other systems and tools * Other related tasks Requirements * Valid class 5 driving license with a clean driving record * 2 years or more of snow removal equipment operating experience is an asset, if not training will be provided * Able to work in the cold, the wind and available 24 / 7 * Must be reliable * Physically fit * Responsible of his own transportation to our offices in Lasalle or other sites when called upon The Strathmore Advantages * Paid overtime at 1.5 the hourly wage * High quality uniforms provided * On-site parking * Year-long work during summer and winter if desired. * Potential career development & certification programs. * Great company culture with a focus on respect and safety
