Description The Operator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the equipment used to create printed labeling on our product chassis and name plates. Machine operation and process using system software. Verify job order information ensuring machine is set to correct parameters for job. Troubleshoot various pieces of equipment when issues arise Performs operation, setup, and product changeover on machine Able to perform visual inspections of printed parts Able to maintain accurate job tracking records Knowledgeable of manufacturing instructions Hands on problem solving, reading/preparing work instructions. Perform all levels of preventive maintenance of EDI Printer. Occasionally change out ink cartridges. Other duties assigned as required Practice 6s Requirements The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education: High school diploma or GED Skills & Experience Knowledge of printer machines. Focus on Quality Control Safety management mindset Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small Able to identify electronic components, polarities, and location designators. Ability to stand for 8 or more hours in a day Ability to lift up, lean over and set up to 50lbs in material Ability to lift, lean, stoop, bend, and squat Understanding of Bill of Materials & Drawings. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and organizational skills
